Champions Trophy 2025: Final Tickets to Go on Sale Just Four Days Before the Match
With each passing day, the much-awaited 2025 Champions Trophy is approaching. This year’s tournament will be held in Pakistan and the UAE, with Pakistan set to host the final match. The title clash is scheduled for March 9. At the same time, the ICC announced that ticket sales for this game would start only after the first semi-final was over. It is scheduled to take place on March 4.

Reasons for Late Ticket Sales
The hybrid model of the tournament is the reason for the late start of ticket sales. It was introduced, it may be recalled, because India refused to play in Pakistan. For this reason, the organizers have decided to play all of India’s matches in Dubai, including the playoff clashes, if the team qualifies. If India reaches the final, it will also be held in Dubai. Regardless of the team’s performance, one of the semifinals will be held in Lahore.
Tickets for Pakistan’s leg of the tournament (10 matches and the semifinals) are expected to go on sale on Tuesday, January 28. General category tickets cost 1,000 Pakistan rupees, and premium category tickets cost 1,500.
Tournament Preparations in Full Swing
India and Pakistan have been drawn in the same Group A. New Zealand and Bangladesh will also play in this quartet. The most awaited game of this stage will be the match between India and Pakistan, scheduled for February 23 in Dubai.
So far, Pakistan is not 100% ready to host CT 2025. PCB is actively preparing stadiums in Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Lahore, each at a different stage of renovation. At the same time, officials remain optimistic and confidently say the upgrades will be completed much ahead of schedule.
